Hi! My name is Sharon. I was born in Virginia, grew up in Colorado Springs and went to College in Boulder. I'm 27 years old, and now live in Erie, CO with my two cats, one dog and darling husband. I enjoy music, movies, gaming, and art. I majored in Computer Engineering and Media Arts but have been fascinated with web development since high school and now work as a web developer.

I have a fondness of making lists and collecting links. I'm entertained by anything weird and absurd. I like to go to the gym, hike and ski but also get kicks out of gardening. I enjoy micro-brews and driving trips (but not simultaneously, of course).

I enjoy the viral nature of the web and how it has changed daily living. I'm intrigued by how it has opened up new avenues for collaborating with people and how quickly an idea can travel via the web. I love being able take a course, travel to real and imagined places, and even go shopping without having to leave home. Of course, when I do want to leave, it just makes planning easier.

My hair was long but is now shorter. I figured hair is a renewable resource anyway and I was curious about how long I could grow it out. I'm always curious and like to learn new things if only for the sake of knowing how. I firmly believe that constantly doing something new and challenging is the key to happiness. I hope to one day learn how to fly a plane, ride a motorcycle, and brew my own beer.
